In a world screaming for performance, I've felt the pressure to know "where am I going?"  and to be excellent at what I do.  Along the way, I've made some mistakes and learned some lessons, but at my core I always come back to a belief that every person has strengths and even gifts that can be used for a greater purpose, whether that's in a company, in your home or in relationship.  

For me, the past 20 years have been a journey, both personally and professionally interweaving career, family and mission.  As a former Gallup consultant my journey has allowed me the vantage point of large fortune 500 companies.  In the process, I've learned the two are similar in many ways and all are led and grown through people.  

So whether you're growing a business, faith origination, NGO or your family, they all have one common denominator - people.  People thrive when unleashed to their full potential through strengths and empowerment!  I welcome the chance to talk more.
